What does "lifetime" actually mean?+
You pay once and your plan is yours permanently — no renewal, no subscription, no annual fee. Your included operator seats and casual worker accounts are yours for life. If you grow beyond your included seats, additional operator seats are £15/month or £10/month billed annually. Additional casual workers are 50p/month or 30p/month billed annually. As a founding partner, these rates are locked for life — your costs will never increase as your operation grows.
What about the 60-day guarantee?+

What's the difference between an operator seat and a casual worker account?+
Operator seats are for your back-office team — schedulers, operations managers, finance and owners. They get full platform access. Casual worker accounts are for your shift workers, giving them mobile app access to view schedules, clock in and out, and manage their availability. If an operator also picks up shifts, that's already covered — no double counting.
Will I get access to new modules as they're released?+
Yes — as we build out the core platform, founding partners get access as part of their membership. Specialist standalone modules like our LMS and Lone Worker Safety, which have their own infrastructure and delivery costs, are available separately at preferential founding partner rates.
Why is Lone Worker Safety not included?+
Lone Worker Safety uses a third-party service which carries its own infrastructure costs. It's available as an add-on at a significantly reduced rate exclusively for founding partners.
